🗺️ Where are we holding the Second Residence Expo? 

📍 We've chosen the Estepona Conference centre as the location for our innovative and dynamic property and lifestyle fair. Known as the Palacios de Exposiciones y Congresos de Estepona, it's easy to reach, close to the A7 coastal road, with lots of parking, and just a five-minute walk from the seafront promenade.
🏠 For three days, between 29th and 31st May 2026 we will be taking over the 2,000m2 conference area and transforming it to the place to be if you're interested in purchasing property on the Costa del Sol.
📢 We'll have 40 exhibitors who can answer your questions about all aspects of purchasing property and enjoying life in this area, seminars and live Q&A sessions, plus entertainment, a chic bar and delicious food.
